Deliveries
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer. It takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order. All parcels are sent with PostNord and the shipping takes 1-3 business days. After your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at hej@studiomark.se. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted you are responsible for the return back to us. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service so that your refund is not lost.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
